Product Structure

Mixing System

Utilizes twin-shaft forced mixer with high-wear-resistant alloy mixing blades for high efficiency, uniform mixing, and long service life. Liner plates are made of wear-resistant cast iron with replaceable design for easy maintenance.

Batching System

PLD series concrete batching machine with electronic weighing for high measurement accuracy. Four bins for independent measurement can store four types of aggregates simultaneously. Pneumatic sector gates ensure fast discharge and good sealing.

Conveying System

Aggregates are conveyed via belt conveyor with large capacity and stable operation. Powder materials are conveyed by screw conveyor with good sealing and no dust pollution. Liquid additives use pump delivery system.
