WEMIX HZS75 Concrete Batching Plant installed in Uzbekistan
In April 2026, the WEMIX HZS75 concrete batching plant was successfully installed, commissioned, and handed over to a customer in Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan. The plant is serving a key municipal road expansion project, which demands continuous concrete supply and high batching accuracy.
The HZS75 features a modular structural design, equipped with a JS1500 twin-shaft forced mixer and a PLD2400 batching machine, achieving a theoretical productivity of 75 m³/h. Despite large temperature variations between day and night and frequent dusty conditions on site, the plant has demonstrated excellent stability and operational efficiency. The mixer mainframe significantly reduces concrete adhesion through optimized liner and blade layouts. The control system supports both manual and automatic modes, adapts to local voltage requirements, and offers a localized language interface, greatly lowering the operational threshold for local staff.
WEMIX provided full technical support throughout the installation process, from foundation drawing confirmation to full commissioning, completing the entire process in just 12 days. Since going into operation, the plant has produced over 9,000 m³ of high-quality concrete, with a maximum daily output exceeding 650 m³, fully meeting project requirements. Customer feedback indicates that the WEMIX HZS75 not only improves on-site material management efficiency but also significantly reduces the footprint of the batching area due to its compact layout.
This case further strengthens WEMIX’s brand presence in the Central Asian market and provides a practical, replicable example of rapid installation and stable operation under similar environmental conditions.
